Delete a Tawzi3 account

You can request deletion of your Tawzi3 account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways:

1. Ask Hirodots to delete it

1. Write to contact@hirodots.com, subject “Tawzi3 account deletion”, from your account's e-mail address or quoting your account's phone number and your company's name.
2. We check that the request comes from the account holder (for example by calling or writing to the account's phone number or address). We will never ask for your password.
3. We inform your company, then delete the account within 30 days at most, and confirm the deletion by e-mail.

2. Through your company's director

Your company's director can disable your access immediately in the admin.tawzi3.app back-office (Utilisateurs & rôles). You can then no longer sign in to that company. For your account and personal data to be erased, the director — or you — then sends us the request above.

What is deleted

• Your account: identifiers (phone, e-mail), password hash;
• your profile: name, preferences, company memberships and roles;
• your sessions and registered devices, your notifications;
• your location history (already deleted automatically after 30 days);
• technical records linked to the account (failed sign-ins, idempotency keys), already deleted within 24 hours.

What is kept

Some records belong to the company, which must keep them for the period required by commercial and tax rules (in Algeria, generally ten years): signed delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, payments, accounting entries and the related orders. They are kept by the company, but the link to your account is removed; they are deleted at the end of that period. Sales targets assigned to you are deleted with the account.

On your phone

Deleting the app erases what it keeps on the device: session token, preferences, shelf photos. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account: make the request above.

Deleting a whole company

The director of a client company can request closure of the company's space and deletion of its data at contact@hirodots.com. If they wish, we first provide an export of the data; accounting records remain subject to the company's retention obligation.
